Javier Pérez de Tudela

The students of ESC's soccer training program will be fortunate to have Javier Perez de Tudela in their sports management. A former professional soccer player who knows what it is to taste glory and to understand that life is taking him on a different path. Javier or Javi, as we like to call him, was from a very young age, and for 15 seasons, in the lower categories of one of the best clubs in Spain, Valencia CF, where he learned all the values that a soccer player must have. Javi was very clear from an early age that he wanted to combine soccer with studies, one thing was not understood without the other, his adventurous desire made him jump to the USA to study and play at the University of Pittsburgh where in 2018. There he graduated in Marketing and Communication. In January 2019 he is chosen number 61 in the MLS SuperDraft by Los Angeles FC, being the only Spaniard in the SuperDraft to sign a contract with an MLS team. There Javi becomes the first Spaniard to win the MLS Supporter Shield with record points.
Suddenly destiny, disguised as several injuries and operations, tells Javi that his destiny is no longer as a player but in the formation and sports management of ESC Madrid FC.

At ESC we are privileged to have, probably, one of the best training coaches in Spain and therefore in the world. Josele, as he likes and we like to call him, is passionate about talent and soccer, he lives by and for soccer, this has made him a globetrotter looking for and training players. He has been present in more than 120 countries as a trainer and now we are lucky to have him in our ESC LaLiga & NBA staff in Villaviciosa de Odón to train new generations of talents.

If you want to develop good players, you first have to have good coaches. At ESC we knew from the beginning that our coaching staff had to be seniors, with great experience in training and with great talent, besides being, obviously, great people. Sergio, besides having all these qualities, has an enviable background in training. Superior Sports Technician, Bachelor of Science in Physical Activity and Sport. Teaching in Physical Education. Sergio has been for 11 years in the department of coordination, recruitment, methodology, in one of the best soccer academies worldwide, the Atletico de Madrid. In addition to being a coach. He currently combines his position as Director of Football of ESC International Football Program and coach of ESC Madrid FC with Sports Director of DV7 Academy Madrid.

Rest, also called invisible training, is one of the most important points in an athlete, for this reason we have created facilities designed meter by meter so that our athletes can rest both physically and mentally. From the mattress to the windows are designed so that all the rests are ideal.
