At ESC our passion is to develop athletes, that is why we have created an international soccer program with no age limit that is directly linked to our study programs. Any player from anywhere in the world who is studying a master's degree or an ESC educational program can be part of the ESC Madrid FC Program and vice versa.
Being part of the ESC Madrid FC Program makes you a player of the official team of the ESC LaLiga & NBA complex, ESC Madrid FC.
ESC Madrid FC is a team that competes at the regional level under the leadership of the Madrid Football Federation.

In our program all players will have an individualized analysis that will allow them to polish their defects and enhance their virtues every day. They will be surrounded by top level professionals with experience in clubs of the stature of Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid. They will also have the support of one of the best business groups in soccer, DV7 Group, a company led by David Villa, world champion, one of the best strikers of all time and top scorer in the history of the Spanish national team.

At ESC we are privileged to have, probably, one of the best training coaches in Spain and therefore in the world. His vision of finding, managing, caring for and growing talent has made him be in teams and federations of the stature of Real Madrid as coach of the recruitment area and Equatorial Guinea National Team as technical secretary.
It is worth mentioning his success stories: The International Academies of Alcorcón, Leganés and Fuenlabrada, cases of study and reference in the world of soccer.
Josele, as he likes and we like to call him, is passionate about talent and soccer, he lives by and for soccer, this has made him a globetrotter looking for and training players. He has been present in more than 120 countries as a trainer and now we are fortunate to have him in ESC LaLiga & NBA as a partner, sports director and responsible for the international area with a single objective: to help train new generations of talent.

Javier Perez de Lucia

The students of ESC's soccer training program will be fortunate to have Javier Perez de Lucia in their sports management. A former professional footballer who knows what it is like to taste glory and understand that life is taking him down a different path. Javier or Javi, as we like to call him, was from a very young age, and for 15 seasons, in the lower categories of one of the best clubs in Spain, Valencia CF, where he learned all the values that a soccer player must have. Javi was very clear from an early age that he wanted to combine soccer with studies, one thing was not understood without the other, his adventurous desire made him jump to the USA to study and play at the University of Pittsburgh, where in 2018 he graduated in Marketing and Communication. In January 2019 he is chosen number 61 in the MLS SuperDraft by Los Angeles FC, being the only Spaniard to sign a contract with an MLS team. There Javi becomes the first Spaniard to win the MLS Supporter Shield with record points.
Suddenly destiny, disguised as several injuries and operations, tells Javi that his future is no longer as a player but in the formation and sports management of ESC Madrid FC.

If you want to develop good players, you first have to have good coaches. At ESC we knew from the beginning that our coaching staff had to be seniors, with great experience in training and with great talent, besides being, obviously, great people. Sergio, besides having all these qualities, has an enviable background in training. Superior Sports Technician, Bachelor of Science in Physical Activity and Sport. Teaching in Physical Education. Sergio has been for 11 years in the department of coordination, recruitment, methodology, in one of the best soccer academies worldwide, the Atletico de Madrid. In addition to being a coach. He currently combines his position as Director of Football of ESC International Football Program and coach of ESC Madrid FC with Sports Director of DV7 Academy Madrid.
